Horse Show Fee Schedule
The Elvenstar Show Stables attends a variety of horse shows across Southern California. The fee schedule varies depending on the type and length of the horse show.
One Day Competitions
Single day LAHSA “A”, “B” competitions Per Day $140.00* +
(Camelot, Hansen Dam, or any show where a horse trailers in for a single day.)

* This fee does not cover the cost of competition hauling (see hauling fee schedule) or grooming. Standard grooming fee: Current Rate per day per horse.

+ The Orange County IEL fee per each show or practice day.
Flat Rate Competitions
Elvenstar Show Stables offers a daily flat rate for the following horse shows.

• Gold Coast Series
• Gold Rush Horse Shows (formerly Paddock)
• Los Angeles Season Opener
• Los Angeles Winter
• Flintridge Children’s Show
• Memorial Day
• Santa Barbara National
• Camelot Classic
• Los Angeles National Preview
• Los Angeles National
• IEL (does not include Orange County IEL +see above)

This flat rate of $175.00** per horse per day includes:
• Trainer Expenses
• Coaching fees
• Feed & Shaving
• Security (where applicable)
• Dressing room(s), Grooming/Feed Stalls, Supplies

**A deposit check is required for all Flat Rate Competitions in the amount of $300.00 per horse.

Multi Day “A” Rated Shows
(Oaks Series, Showpark, Menlo, Pebble Beach etc.)

Following Fees are charged per individual horse(s):
• Coaching fees $75.00 Per Horse
• Medication Per Horse
• Hauling See Hauling Sheet
• Grooming (per horse) Current Rate per Horse per day
• Braiding (as called for) Current rate

Following Charges are split by number of horses attending:
• Trainer Expenses (hotel, travel, per diem etc)
• Feed & Shavings
• Security (where Applicable)
• Tack Stalls, Supplies
• VIP Tables, Tents, Grand Prix boxes

***A deposit check is required for all Multi Day “A” rated Competitions in the amount of $300.00 per horse.
Deposit checks are also required for the Indio Desert Circuit and the Indoor horse shows as well and are on a show by show basis.
